There have been a few theories, that it’s cooked with 65 spices or that the chicken is marinated for 65 days. Neither are true. SIGNATURE FLAIR - Our Signature black lentils are SIGNATURE FLAIR - Our Signature black lentils are infused with spices and tomatoes to dal-licious effect. Mentor chef Alfred Prasad has spent time perfecting this dish with his signature flair, notably at the world-famous ITC Bukhara in New Delhi. The black lentils are slow-cooked over charcoal for nearly 24 hours. This velvety smooth accompaniment pairs perfectly with kababs, naan and pulao rice. ​
