1. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Vouchers must be presented physically, payment cannot be accepted if Vouchers aren’t presented.
3. No Cash change is given for vouchers.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Only original vouchers issued by Khai Khai and fully completed by ourselves are valid.
Copies will not be accepted.
6. Once expired, the validity period of the Gift Vouchers will not be extended under any circumstances.
