DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
No, but we strongly advise booking, especially on weekends.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For tables of fewer than 8, you can cancel at anytime.
For tables of 8 or more with a deposit, cancellations will be issued as a voucher.

DO YOU ALLOW WALK-INS?
Yes, we do welcome walk-ins.

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON TABLES?
For 1-2 diners: 1.5 hours.
For 3 or more diners: 2 hours.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TABLE OR AREA?
Unfortunately, no, due to operational requirements.

DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES?
Yes, we offer an allergen matrix to assist with dietary needs.

DO YOU HAVE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN OPTIONS?
Yes, we do.

DO YOU OFFER A SET MENU OR TASTING MENU?
We offer our Chef’s Feast menu at £42 per person, for a minimum of two people.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Amex and all other major cards.

IS A SERVICE CHARGE APPLIED?
A 10% discretionary service charge is applied.

DO YOU OFFER NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS?
Yes, we have a range of soft drinks and mocktails.

IS YOUR MEAT HALAL?
We are fully certified halal.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE BIRTHDAYS OR SPECIAL OCCASIONS?

DO YOU HAVE A KIDS MENU?
We do not have a dedicated kids menu, but we do have smaller plates that could accommodate a child.

DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN INTO THE RESTAURANT?
Yes, children are welcome before 5pm. After 5pm, no children under 5 years old are permitted.

DO YOU OFFER TAKEAWAY?
Yes, we offer takeaway orders for collection only. You can place your order ahead and pick it up at the restaurant at your convenience.

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, we are fully accessible and have a disabled toilet.

IS THERE PARKING NEARBY?
Paid parking is available directly outside on Queen Street.

A homage to archetypal Victorian parlour room used to entertain guests in the days of the old Queen, our ground floor parlour is perfect for adding a splash of glamour to a private gathering. Original period features, atmospheric vintage lighting and mirrored walls make the space feel truly original. The parlour can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 45 people.
